介绍了一种运用弹道光子成像技术对柴油机近场喷雾进行研究的实验方法,并对其弹道光子成像的原理做了简介,理论分析了弹道光子成像技术对属于混沌介质的喷雾场进行成像的过程。随后引用Idlahcen和Linne课题组的实验论证方法的可行性,通过分析其实验所得喷雾照片可知:弹道光子成像技术可以得到喷雾近场的图像;同时实验得到的数据表明,初次雾化的复杂性要高于经典的雾化理论;对不同韦伯数条件下的试验研究论证了大韦伯数利于喷雾的雾化这一结论;该成像技术还能对喷雾的速度场进行分析,对柴油机喷雾的研究具有重要的指导意义。
A measuring method which is applied in near field in the diesel engine spray characteristics experiments with ballistic imaging technique is introduced in this paper.The theory of ballistic imaging is briefly analyzed.And the process of imaging which belongs to scattering medium is also introduced.Then the Idlahcen and Linne Group's experiments are cited to approve the possibility of ballistic imaging in the diesel spray.By analyzing the picture of spray,it can be found that the ballistic imaging technique can detect the near field of the diesel spray.And the results do not support the classic idea of primary spray.The images indicate a more complex combination of processes leading to the onset of more vigorous breakup.The effect of Weber number can be observed in the experiments,and the higher Weber case experiences greater atomization and greater deformation.The velocity field information of spray also can be analyzed in the image,which will be a great guide for studying the diesel spray in the future.
