针对商业银行在渠道管理中遇到的渠道成本增加、客户渠道需求无法满足等问题,构建了渠道成本收益模型并以某商业银行为研究对象进行了实例分析。在基于银行的渠道成本收益模型中,分析了多渠道的成本和收益,建立了成本收益函数,计算出了研究对象各渠道的收益成本比与结算业务单笔交易成本。在基于银行和客户的渠道成本收益模型中,着重进行了客户的渠道需求分析,并聚类细分出需要关注的客户,以便商业银行有针对性地进行渠道差异化营销。
For the problem with the increase in channel cost and the failure to meet the requirements of the customers,etc.encountered in the channel management of commercial banks,a channel cost-benefit model is constructed and a sample analysis is made with a certain commercial bank as the study object.In the model of the channel cost and benefit of the bank,the cost and profit of all channels are analyzed,the cost-benefit function is formed and the profit-cost ratio of all channels and the cost of the single deal of the accounts settling of the study object are figured out.In the model of the channel cost and benefit of the bank and customer,the analysis of the channel demand of the customer is stressed and the cluster segmentation of the customer requiring to be concerned about is worked out in order for the commercial bank to implement the channel differential marketing.
