由于国内净水厂大多采用常规处理工艺和人工控制投药方式,造成了人员和药剂的浪费,因此引入泛化能力强、鲁棒性好的CMAC改进算法构建净水混凝投药控制器,对不同浊度的原水所需投药量进行预测控制。利用大量现场经验数据进行训练后,将其投入实际生产进行试运行。结果表明,CMAC改进算法能够在实现准确控制出厂水浊度的同时,节省混凝剂投加量、降低净水生产成本。
In China, conventional technologies and chemical dosing by manual control are implemented in most waterworks, which results in extra costs in man power and chemicals. The improved CMAC algorithm controller, which has good generalization ability and robustness, was applied to predict algorithm was trained with actual data from the waterworks. The results showed that the approach could achieve accurate control of effluent water turbidity, and reduce coagulant dosage and water production costs.
