当前,机动车排放已成为我国城市空气污染的重要来源,严重威胁着人群健康。近年来,作为衡量污染源造成人群健康风险的工具,吸入因子的概念、研究方法得到国内外大气污染控制领域专家和学者的关注。在我国污染控制策略沿着“总量-质量-风险”的路径逐步优化过程中,吸人因子整合了大气污染物排放特征以及公众健康风险信息,形成综合度量指标,应用于大气污染控制政策的公众健康效益评估。该文综述了近年来国内外机动车污染吸入因子研究方法现状及其在空气污染控制政策上的应用进展。
Currently, vehicle emission has become a major source of air pollution in China urban area, which threatens human health severely. In recent years, intake fraction has been recognized as an effective tool to evaluate the health risk of emission source. In the process of strategy optimization on pollution control, China is transforming along the way of total quantity control, environment quality control, and environment risk control. Intake fraction is a comprehensive metric of assessment on public health benefit of air pollution control policy, which integrates emission characteristics of air pollutants and risk .information of public health. This article reviewed the state of intake fraction on research method and policy application.
