本文采用驻波管法测定了杨木、落叶松、榆木、桦木4种木材在有微小裂纹和严重裂纹情况下的吸声系数,分析比较了不同树种不同厚度的木材内裂对木材吸声系数的影响以及裂纹严重程度对木材吸声系数的影响。结果表明,木材裂纹对木材的吸声系数有明显影响,并且木材的吸声系数均会随着裂纹尺寸和试件厚度的增大而增大。本研究拟在为木材裂隙的无损检测提供理论依据。
In this paper,the normal sound absorption coefficient of four kinds of wood,which has small cracks and serious cracks,such as Poplar,Larch,Elm,Brich,are examined by the standing wave method.Analyzing and comparing the influence of different species,different sizes of crack and different thicknesses of the sample to the sound absorption coefficient.The results show that the wood cracks have obvious influence to the sound absorption coefficient,and the value of sound absorption coefficient will be increased by the augment of the crack size and thickness of the sample.The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical basis in the non-destructive testing of wood.
