利用傅立叶变换图象处理技术测量阅叶材闽楠木材纤维细胞尺寸。把每个纤维细胞都用其中心的一个长9个像素点、宽2个像素点的线段点图表示,进行傅立叶变换(FFT),其能量光谱图在水平和垂直方向上的频率分布,除零值以外的最大值,即为细胞径向、弦向直径。研究结果表明:该方法与光学显微镜、图象处理软件的结果基本相同。该方法可用于阔叶材纤维细胞尺寸的测定,为木材的微观分析提供了新方法和新的研究方向。
Fourier transformation image-processing technology was applied for measuring the fiber size of Phoebe bournei. Each cell was mapped by the center point on the cell of transverse section with extended up and down for four pixel ( nine-pixel lengths in total) and two pixels in width, and thereafter line convoluted dot map{LCDM) was obtained. Through Fourier transformation, the frequency distribution of power spectrum pattern from both horizontal and vertical direction was obtained, and the cell diameter in radius and tangential direction was known from the maximum value except 0 in the distribution. The result indicated that there was no significant difference between Fourier transformation method and the optical microscope or image-processing software method. It showed that the method could apply to the cell measurement, therefore, Fourier transform aoolication domain was also expanded.
