利用少根根霉(Rhizopus arrhizus,RH-07—13)直接发酵生木薯粉生产富马酸。探讨了摇瓶发酵中,不同的接种量和装液量对生产富马酸的影响,检测了发酵培养过程中的富马酸、葡萄糖、乙醇的变化以及发酵结束后的菌体生物量。结果表明,最佳的接种量为20%(体积分数),最佳的装液量为25mL/250mL。在此条件下,发酵168h,富马酸产量达49.88g/L,生物量达43.8g/L。
The direct production of fumaric acid from raw tapioca flour by a strain of Rhizopus arrhizus RH-07-13 has been investigated. The effects of varying the liquid volume and inoculum concentration on fumaric acid produc- tion were investigated. Fumaric aeid, glucose and ethanol concentrations during fermentation and the biomass a- mount after fermentation were recorded. The maximum yield of fumaric acid of 49.88 g/L and biomass production of 43.8 g/L were obtained using the optimal inoeulum concentration of 20% and the optimal liquid volume of 25 mL/250 mL.
