蒸汽辅助重力泄油(steam assisted gravity drainage,SAGD)技术自提出以来便成为了1种开发特稠油与超稠油油藏的有效手段。蒸汽辅助重力泄油过程中蒸汽腔的发育与传热决定了SAGD的开发效果,合理的注采参数可以改善SAGD蒸汽腔的发育、降低热损失。采用正交设计分析了不同注采参数对SAGD采收率与累计油汽比的影响,通过方差分析得出注汽速度、采注比对SAGD采出程度的影响最明显,SAGD的累计油汽比主要受注汽干度、注汽速度的影响。同时,结合实际SAGD开发区块,采用数值模拟依次优化了该区块双水平井SAGD的注汽速度、注汽干度、注汽温度以及采注比,得出最优值依次为300m3/d、0.7%、250℃、1.2。研究结果表明,采用双水平井SAGD开采特超稠油可以取得较高的开发效果。
The steam assisted gravity drainage(SAGD)has become an effective method for heavy oil reservoir development.The development of steam chamber and the heat-transfer determine the development effectiveness of SAGD process.Reasonable injection-production parameters can improve the chamber's development level and reduce the heat loss.The influences of different injection-production parameters on the recovery rate and cumulative oil-stream ratio are investigated through orthogonal experiment analysis.It's obtained that SAGD recovery is affected by the injection stream speed and production-injection ratio,and SAGD accumulation oil-stream ratio is determined by the steam quality and injection stream speed.Meanwhile,based on the actual SAGD block,the numerical simulation is used to optimize the steam injection rate,dryness,temperature,and the injection-production ratio of the dual horizontal well SAGD.It is shown that the optimal values are 300m3/d,0.7%,250 ℃ and 1.2respectively.The research concludes that a relatively b development effectiveness can be obtained with dual horizontal well SAGD when it comes to the super heavy oil reservoir.
