文章基于战略决策过程理论,通过京津唐、长三角和珠三角地区的327家企业的654名高管的大规模配对调查对TMT(高层管理团队)行为整合、长期薪酬和战略决策周密性对组织双元性的被中介的调节作用模型进行了检验。实证结果发现:TMT行为整合对组织双元性有显著地积极影响,战略决策周密性在TMT行为整合与组织双元性之间起到部分中介的作用,而长期薪酬对TMT行为整合与组织双元性的调节作用以战略决策周密性为中介。
Based on the strategic decision-making process theory,this paper firstly tests the function of regulating effect of TMT behavioral integration,long-term pay and strategic decision comprehensiveness on organizational ambidexterity through a large-scale pairing investigation of 654 executives of 327 enterprises from the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan,the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta region. The results revealed that TMT behavioral integration has significantly positive impact on organizational ambidexterity,and the strategic decision-making comprehensiveness plays a partial mediating role between TMT behavioral integration and organizational ambidexterity; meanwhile,long-term pay is a mediated moderator between TMT behavioral integration and organizational ambidexterity.
