围绕电站燃煤汞排放量估算,建立了典型燃煤锅炉汞排放量估算模型。在实测的典型电站燃煤锅炉汞排放数据基础上。确定了典型燃煤锅炉系统各部分的汞影响系数Fij同时,估算了典型电站燃煤锅炉汞的年排放量。我国100MW机组典型燃煤锅炉总汞排放量在40~50kg/a左右。当尾部烟气部位仅布置静电除尘器时气态汞比例高达80%左右;当静电除尘和湿法脱硫同时布置时,气态汞排放比例降低至30%左右;当选择性催化还原脱硝、静电除尘及湿法脱硫等装置联合使用时,气态汞的排放降低至总汞量的15%以下。
Centred on the estimation of mercury emission from coal - fired boilers in power plants, a model for estimating the mercury emission from typical coal - fired boilers has been established. Based on practically measured data of mercury emission from coal - fired boilers in typical power plants, the mecury emission affecting coefficient Fij in each part of typical coal - fired boiler system has been determined,at the same time,the annual mercury emission from coalfired boilers in typical power plant being estimated. The total mercury emission from typical coal -fired boilers of of 100 MW unit is about 40~50 kg/year in China. In the event of only electrostatic precipitator (EP) being allocated in tail sec tion of the boiler,the gaseous mercury emission ratio reaches up about 80% ;in the case of EP and wet flue gas desulphurization (WFGD) system being simultaneously allocated, the gaseous mercury emission ratio decreased to 30% of the total mercury emission;if EP, WFGD,and selective catalytic reduction(SCR) being used together,the gaseous mercury emission may decrease below 15% of the total mercury emission.
