为了解燃煤电厂汞的排放规律以及常规污染物控制装置对汞排放控制的影响,采用Ontario-Hydro方法(OH法)和在线连续测汞仪(CEM)对某台300MW机组锅炉进行汞排放及控制试验研究。结果表明,汞主要以烟气形式排放,底渣中的汞非常少。静电除尘器(ESP)对汞的排放有一定控制作用,经过ESP后烟气中总汞比例有所降低,49.2%的颗粒汞被除尘器除去。对比CEM和0H法的测试结果,发现两种方法对气态总汞的测试准确性较好,对单质汞和氧化态汞的测量偏差不大。
In order to understand the regularity of mercury emission from coal- fired power plant and influence of conventional pollutant control facility upon the mercury emission control,test and research about mercury emission and its control for boiler of one 300 MW unit have been carried out by using the Ontario - Hydro method(OH method)and the continuous emission monitor method(CEM method). Results of test shows that the mercury emission is mainly in gas state,and there is very little mercury in the bottom slags. The electrostatic precipitaror(EP)has certain control effect,the total mercury ration in flue gas after passing through the EP has been somewhat reduced,the mercury particles have been eliminated 49.2%by the EP. Comparing result of test using CEM method with that of test using OH method,it has been discovered that the test accuracy of two said methods for total mercury in gas state all is better,the measurement deviation of single substance mercury and gas state mercury being not large.
