【目的】分析不同类型育苗容器对紫穗槐幼苗生长的影响,为林木生产上选择适宜育苗容器提供参考依据。【方法】紫穗槐苗木在温室进行普通盆、多孔盆、双层盆、梯形盆盆栽,观察其在4种容器中的生长特性,通过隶属函数计算,综合比较紫穗槐植株10项生长指标,评价不同类型育苗容器对紫穗槐幼苗生长的影响。【结果】梯形盆培育的紫穗槐植株生长较矮、叶片数量多、叶面积大、茎最粗,植株地上、地下部分鲜重和干重最重或较重,主根短、苗木质量指数QI高,植株综合生长特性、地上和地下生长特性等级为AAA;双层盆培育的紫穗槐植株叶面积大、植株高、地上鲜重和干重最重或较重,1级根数量多,各生长特性等级为BBB;多孔盆、普通盆培育的紫穗槐植株等级分别为CCC和CDB,苗木生长均较差,但多孔盆的苗木质量指数QI较高。【结论】用梯形盆进行紫穗槐育苗效果较佳,双层盆也有一定的应用潜力,干旱地区需谨慎选择多孔盆,普通盆不宜用于紫穗槐育苗。
[ Objective ]Seedling growth change of Amorpha fruticosa L. was studied by culture in 4 kinds of containers to provide references for container selection for forestry production. [ Method ]The plant growth characteristics of Amorpha fruticosa L. were measured by cultivation of general pot, polyporous pot, jardinier, trapezoidal pot in greenhouse and 11 growth indexes were synthetically analyzed by membership functions. Effects of different types of containers on the growth of Amorpha fruticosa L. seedlings were evaluated comprehensively. [Result]The plants in trapezoidal pot had the shortest stem, most leaf number, largest leaf area, the thickest stem, the greatest fresh weight and dry weight of ground and un- derground parts in plants, the shortest main roots and highest seedling quality index (QI) and its growth grade was AAA. The plants in jardinier had larger leaf area, the highest stem, more or most ground fresh weight and dry weight, and most number of first-grade lateral routs and its growth grade was BBB. The growth grade of porous pots was CCC and ordinary pot was CDB, in which seedling growth was poor, but the seedling quality index (QI) in porous pots was higher. [Conclusion]The trapezoidal pots are optimal for seedling production of forestry. Jardinier also has certain potential in production. The porous pots should be chosen carefully in drought area. The general basin should not be used for raising seedlings of forest tree.
