内蒙古自治区是中国现阶段发展冰雪旅游最具潜力的地区,拥有大量丰富优质的冰雪旅游资源。基于GIS技术,通过空间插值法、最近邻指数法定量分析了内蒙古年日均温≤0℃天数、积雪日数两个气象指标的空间分布特征以及冰雪旅游资源的空间分布状况。选取滑雪场、冰雪游览区、冰雪节庆与赛事活动三个指标深入分析了内蒙古冰雪旅游资源的开发利用现状。分析发现内蒙古冰雪旅游资源在空间上趋向集聚,具有可利用时间长、种类丰富、组合度好,文化气息浓厚、地域特色明显等优势,同时存在着离中心消费市场距离远,品牌效应低,规范化不足等劣势;依据这些特点,提出了内蒙冰雪旅游资源开发利用的一些对策。
Inner Mongolia autonomous region owns abundant and high quality of ice - snow tourism resources, so it is one of the area that has the most potential for development of the ice - snow tourism in China. Based on GIS technology, by using the spatial interpolation method and the average nearest neighbor analysis the spatial distribution of temperature and snow cover date and ice - snow tourism resources in Inner Mongolia were ana- lyzed. Three indexes of ski resort, ice - snow sightseeing district, ice - snow festivals and ice - snow match e- vents were applied to analyze the development and utilization of ice - snow tourism resources in Inner Mongolia. Analysis found that ice and snow tourism resources in Inner Mongolia tend to cluster in the space. Resource ad- vantages are presented as of long utilization time, rich variety, high combination degree, and pronounced cultural atmosphere. At the same time there are some disadvantages of a distance away from the center of consumer mar- ket, low brand effect, lack of standardization, and so all. Then according to these characteristics, some counter- measures for ice -snow tourism resources development and utilization in Inner Mongolia were put forward.
