油用牡丹是原产于我国的一种特有生物资源,具有重要的观赏价值和油用价值。其花及籽均具有丰富的营养成分,具有重要的开发利用价值。近年来,国内外对其品种选育、栽培管理以及应用价值、经济效益等方面开展了一些研究,目前,全国油用牡丹种植面积逐年扩大,然而相关研究严重滞后,有待于进行总结明确。该研究通过国内外文献分析,明确油用牡丹相关方面研究,并从主栽品种、分布范围以及栽培管理、应用价值、经济效益方面进行总结,同时,通过对不同层面政府部门促进油用牡丹产业发展政策汇总,以期为今后开展油用牡丹研究指明方向。

英文摘要：

Oil peony is a native unique biological resources in China,which has an important ornamental and oil-used value.It has significant development value for its flower and seed are rich in nutritional ingredients.In recent years,the breeding,cultivation and management,economic benefits were researched in domestic and abroad.At present,the planting area of oil peony has expanded each year,but the research was seriously lagging behind.Based on the literature analysis,some aspects of oil peony were summarized including the cultivars,distribution,cultivation management and economic benefits.Meanwhile,it was carried out the oil peony for future research directions,some development policies to promote the oil industry were summarized from different levels of government department.
