利用制备的3种稀土配合物与PA6进行熔融共混,并进行熔融纺丝制备出不同稀土配合物/PA6复合材料及纤维。实验结果表明:稀土配合物与基体PA6之间存在一定的配位作用,使PA6对稀土配合物的发光具有一定的敏化作用;制备的复合材料具有较好的荧光性能,Eu(TTA):Phen(IA)/PA6复合纤维的荧光性能最为突出。Eu(TTA):Phen(IA)与Eu(TTA):Phen(MA)的引入使复合纤雏的力学性能较纯PA6纤维的力学性能有所提升。
Rare earth complexes/PA6 composite were obtained by meh blending with three kinds of rare earth complexes, and then, rare earth complexes/PA6 composite fibers were prepared by melt spinning. The results showed that lanthanide complexes had certain sensitization with PA6 due to their good coordination, which results in good fluorescence properties of composite. Above all, the fluorescence properties of Eu (TTA) 2Phen ( IA)/PA6 composite fiber were optimum. Compared with pure PA6 fiber, the mechanical properties of composite fiber could be improved by using Eu (TTA)2Phen (IA) and Eu (TTA)2Phen (MA) as complexes.
