综述了聚丙烯纤维、钢纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维等掺杂水泥基复合材料的研究现状。在水泥基材料中掺杂纤维能够改善水泥基材料的力学性能。此外,聚丙烯纤维对水泥基材料的抗高温与抗爆裂性能提升最为明显,聚丙烯腈纤维对水泥基材料收缩的抑制作用最强,钢纤维能够提升其抗冲击性能、抗拉性能,聚乙烯醇纤维能够对其早期抗裂性能有所改善。掺杂复合纤维较之掺杂单一纤维能够使得水泥基材料获得更加全面的性能表现。
This paper introduces the research status of cement based composites doped with such as poly(vinyl alcohol),polypropylene,polyacrylonitrile and polypropylene mesh fiber.The results show that the mechanical properties of cement based composites have improved significantly doped with fibers,in which polypropylene plays an important role in enhancing high temperature resistance and anti-burst performance,polyacrylonitrile fiber can inhibit contraction effectively,steel fiber can improve its resistance to impact and tensile properties,in addition,polyvinyl alcohol fiber has advantage in promoting its early crack resistance.In conclusion,compared with single fiber,composite fiber cement-based materials may get better performance.
