磁声发射(MAE,Magneto Acoustic Emission)对材料的应力、塑性变形、热处理、疲劳及蠕变状态等都非常敏感,是一种非常有潜力的无损检测技术。介绍了MAE的信号特征和产生机制,综述了国内外MAE技术的研究现状及取得的主要研究成果,分析了MAE技术存在的一些问题,并对MAE技术的发展方向和应用前景进行了预测。
Magneto acoustic emission(MAE)is a promising nondestructive method to detect and assess the residual stress,the stress concentration,plastic deformation,the quality of heat treatment and the degree of fatigue and creep damage.In this work,the characteristics and the generation mechanism of MAE are introduced.The research progress and main achievements of MAE are overviewed.In addition,the problems existing in this technique is analyzed and the further research direction and the development prospect is predicted.
