随着技术的进步和社会的发展,无损检测和材料性能测试技术作为质量控制中的主要手段不断进步,然而目前的技术手段仍无法满足金属材料的检测需求。在中国特种设备检测研究院牵头下,20家产学研用单位共同申报了"十三五"国家重点研发计划"国家质量基础的共性技术研究与应用(NQI)"专项项目"金属材料超声无损检测及微损测试关键技术研究与仪器研制"并获得立项。本文主要介绍该项目的背景、目标及总体研究方案、预期主要研究成果等相关内容。
As the main ways of product quality control, non-destructive testing and material performance testing technologies have continuous improved with the development of technology and society. However, current technologies are still unable to meet the practice needs. Therefore China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute and other twenty agencies proposed the project "Key Technologies Research and Instrument Development of Ultrasonic Non-destructive Testing and Micro-destructive Testing for Metal Materials". It was sponsored by National Key R D Programs "Common Technology research and application of National Quality Infrastructure". This paper mainly introduces the background, the research goal and summarize, expected results and so on.
