为了解决手工电弧焊接防护面罩存在的防护性较差及焊工视觉信息获取不足的问题,提出了增强现实头盔与焊接防护面罩相结合的支持交互操作的焊接防护系统。该系统采用基于视频增强现实人机交互的新思路,不仅解决了焊接中视觉信息不足的问题,而且其较好的隔离增强了对焊工的防护,同时还支持与焊工的交互,能对焊接进行实时指导。根据增强现实技术的概念和原理提出了支持交互操作的增强现实焊接防护系统,给出了这种新型焊接防护系统的设计思路、体系结构以及关键技术。展望了其应用和发展前景。
To resolve the short protection and the scarce visual information during the manual are welding process, a new system based on the augmented reality technology is proposed. The system integrates the welding helmet and the video seethrough AR helmet. It can enhance the visual information, and provide the preferable protect. The interaction of the system supplies the real-time directions for welder. According to the conception of augmented reality technology, interaction AR welding helmet System is proposed, and the design, the architecture, and the key technology of the system are discussed.
