目的 探讨远距离照护模式在门诊心脏起搏器患者中的应用效果.方法 选取在门诊就诊的永久心脏起搏器植入术患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组各45例.对照组给予起搏器患者常规门诊护理,观察组在常规门诊护理的基础上实施远距离照护.分别于干预1、3和6个月时评价患者的自我效能及生活质量,并于干预6个月后评价患者对此种护理模式的满意度.结果 观察组患者纳差、肩部胀痛、头晕、黑蒙、心悸及焦虑的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组在干预后1、3、6个月时的自我效能评分及生活质量评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组患者对护理的满意度也高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 远距离照护能够提高门诊心脏起搏器患者的自我效能,改善其生活质量,体现了优质护理的内涵.
Objective To investigate the effect of "remote care" model on the clinical application of outpatient with cardiac pacemaker patients. Methods 90 outpatient with permanent pacemaker implantation were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine outpatient care for pacemaker. Patients in the observation group on the basis of routine outpatient care was given the "remote care". Self-efficacy and quality of life were recorded after one month, three months, six months of the intervention respectively, and satisfaction of patients with the intervention of such care model was evaluated after six months of the intervention. Results The occurrence of anorexia, shoulder pain, dizziness, amaurosis, palpitations and anxiety of observation group were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈 0.05). self-efficacy scores and quality of life scores of observation group were higher than control group at 1,3,6 months after the intervention (P〈0.05). Satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion "Remote care" can improve the self-efficacy and quality of life of outpatient with permanent pacemakers. It should reflect the connotation of quality care.
