提出一个拓展的ERP用户采纳模型,并进行了实证的分析。分析和测试了四种因素:领导支持、ERP培训、相容性和主观规范等对ERP采用的影响。分析结果显示,领导支持、ERP培训和相容性是影响员工对ERP系统的有用认知和易用认知的重要因素,主观规范对ERP使用意图的影响是显著的。根据实证分析的结果给出了一些成功实施ERP系统的建议。
This paper draws upon Technology Acceptance Model and Diffusion of Innovation (DOI) to develop and evaluate an extension acceptance model of ERP implementation. The influence of four constructs: leader' s support, training, compatibility and subjective norm, on the ERP acceptance were analyzed and tested. The results of this study indicate that leader' s support, training and compatibility do influence perceived usefulness and perceived ease of using ERP system, and subjective norm has positive relationship to the behavioral intention of using ERP. Suggestions are offered in resolving the issues of implementing ERP according to our empirical results.
