研究了领导支持、培训、相容性和主观规范对ERP采用过程、使用者可用认知和易用认知的影响。结果表明,领导支持、ERP培训和相容性是影响员工对ERP系统的有用认知和易用认知的重要因素,同时证实了认知因素对行为意向的影响。
Enterprise resources planning (ERP), a combination of advaneed management theory and modern information technology, is a powerful weapon to improve enterprises' business process and to increase the capacity of competition edge, and it will also greatly improve domestic agriculture modernization process. In this paper a extended type of TAM( Technology Acceptance Model ) model (EUAM) for a positive research of the employee's acceptance of ERP system was proposed. Four external factors: leader's support, training, compatibility and subjective norm, and their influence during the acceptance and their effect on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were analyzed. We concluded that the leader's support, training and compatibility were truly influences on employee's cognition and intention. The integration of the model and the result can help enterprises understand the behavioral factors more profoundly and use the ERP more successfully and effectively.
