本研究旨在观察7种中药多糖:川明参多糖(CPS),川牛膝多糖(RCPS),杜仲多糖(EOPS),川白芷多糖(ADPS),川麦冬多糖(OJPS),川黄柏多糖(PCPS),川佛手多糖(CMPS)体外对犬细小病毒(cPv)感染细胞能力的影响。分别将7种中药多糖通过先加多糖再接种病毒、病毒和多糖感作后加入和先接种病毒再加多糖3种加药方式加入到培养24h的F81细胞中,在病毒接种后72h通过MTT法测定F81细胞的活性以评价各中药多糖对F81细胞抵抗犬细小病毒感染的影响。结果表明,在第1种加药方式下,CPS、RCPS、EOPS、ADPS抗CPV作用较强;在第2种加药方式下OJPS、PCPS、CMPS的抗病毒作用最为显著;在第3种加药方式下RCPS、ADPS、PCPS抗病毒作用最为显著。结果提示,7种多糖均能不同程度地抑制病毒感染F81细胞,部分中药多糖的抗病毒作用与加药方式有关且呈一定的量效关系。
(Objective) This experiment was conducted to study the effect of Seven Chinese herbal medicinal ingredients, Chuanmingshen violaceum Sheh ct Shan.Polysaccharide(CPS), Radix Cyathulae officinalis Kuan polysaccharide(RCPS) , Eucommiaulmoides oliv polysaccharides, (EOPS), Angelica dahurica var.formosana polysaccharide, (ADPS), Ophiopogon japonicus (Thunb.)KerCawl (OJPS), Phellodendron amuree Rup polysaccharide, (PCPS) ,and Citrus media L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle polysaccharideagainst Canine Parvovirus (CPV) in vitro. (Method) Seven Chinese herbal medicinal polysaccharide were systematically studied in three ways which were adding polysaccharide before adding virus, adding the mixture of polysaccharide and virus after they've interacted for a while, and adding virus before adding polysaccharide. The three ways were applied to F81cells afterhous of cultures At 72 hours after inoculation, the cellular activity was tested by MTT assay to evaluate the effects of the seven polysaccharide on antiviral infection of the cell.(Result) The results showed that 1) There were significant effects of CPS RCPS EOPS ADPS on anti-viral activity in the first adding way(P 〈 0.05); 2) There were better effects of OJPS PCPS CMPS on antiviral activity in the second adding way; 3) RCPS,ADPS and PCPS showed better antiviral effects in the third adding way.(Conclusion) These results indicated that all ofthe seven could promote the cellular resistance to viral infections to different degrees. Antiviral action was affected by the way of adding themedicine. There were certain dose effect relationships in these actions.
