The parametric sensitivity in reliability analysis of a multi-leaf spring is extensively discussed and a calculation method for reliability sensitivity analysis is presented. The effects of changes in a normally distributed design parameters on reliability of the multi-leaf spring are studied. The method presented here provides a theoretical basis for its reliability design.
