中医推拿活血化淤、疏经通脉的机理研究一直是学术界的研究热点。为了用晶格玻尔兹曼方法研究血液微循环在滚法推拿时血液流量的变化,将血液视为不可压缩的牛顿流体,建立正弦式的滚法推拿模型,解决了圆弧式的滚法推拿模型的奇异性问题,进一步研究了推拿对动脉血管中血液流的影响.探索中医推拿的活血化淤的原理和微循环的机理。
Research about the mechanism of traditional Chinese medical massage has been a hot academic topic in recent years. In order to study the changes of blood flow in blood microcirculation under the rolling massage manipulation with the Lattice Boltzmann method (LBM),the blood is treated as incom- pressible Newtonian fluid. A sinusoidal rolling massage model is founded to solve the singularity problem with the round arc rolling massage model. The effect of massage on the blood flow in the arterial capillary was studied. The aim is to understand the mechanism of microcirculation and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the Traditional Chinese Medical Massage (TCMM).
