鄱阳湖黄鳝体内鳗鲡独孤吸虫季节动态与种群分布

通过对鄱阳湖黄鳝体内鳗鲡独孤吸虫感染情况的调查,结果发现在799尾黄鳝中,有101尾黄鳝的消化道中发现有吸虫感染,感染率为12.64%,丰盛度为3.33±1.71。不同月份之间黄鳝体内鳗鲡孤独吸虫的感染率存在显著的差异(G=144.968〉x02.005=18.548,df=6,P〈0.005);其中5月份的感染率与丰盛度最高,分别为31.48%和6.41±4.29。1,2月份没有吸虫寄生。不同体长组黄鳝体内吸虫的感染率存在极显著性差异;其中21.0 cm以下的黄鳝未检出鳗鲡独孤吸虫,60 cm以上的黄鳝感染率最高。吸虫感染与未感染黄鳝之间的肥满度没有显著的差异。另外,用的比值衡量与负二项分布拟合证明吸虫在黄鳝消化道内呈聚集分布。

英文摘要:

Based on the investigation of infection of the trematoda(Azygia anguillae) in its host Monopterus albus from Poyang Lake.799 Monopterus albus was examined.The result showed that 101 Monopterus albus were infected with trematoda in the digestive tract of Monopterus albus.The prevalence was 12.64% and the abundance was 3.33±1.71.There were significant differences in the prevalence of trematoda in relation to different months of Monopterus albus(G=144.968〉x^2 0.005=18.548,df=6,P〈0.005).While the highest prevalence and abundance were observed in May,which got to 31.48% and 6.41±4.29 respectively.However,there were no trematoda in January and February.A significant differences were also observed in the prevalence of trematoda in relation to different lengths of Monopterus albus.The trematoda was not discovered in the Monopterus albus with body length below 21 cm.There were highest prevalence in the Monopterus albus with body length over 60cm.No significant differences of fatness were observed between trematoda infecting and not infecting Monopterus albus.In addition,the result from the fitting of the ratio measurement and negative binomial distribution proved that trematoda was overdispersed in the digestive tract of Monopterus albus.
