针对燃尽风配风比例对炉膛燃烧影响及污染物生成的问题,基于 Fluent 商业软件平台,对一600,MW 前后墙对冲燃烧锅炉的燃烧过程进行了数值模拟。模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好。详细讨论了燃尽风配风比例对温度场、NOx 生成量以及未燃尽碳含量的影响,指出燃尽风的投运可以减少 NOx 的生成,过高的燃尽风比例会导致高温区分层,并且对于特定煤种存在最优化投运比例,为电厂优化运行提供了一定的参考。
To study the influence of over-fired air on boiler combustion process and NOx emission,a 600,MW op-posed-firing supercritical boiler was simulated by using Fluent commercial software.The simulation results fit well with the experimental data.The influence of the percentage of over-fired air on the temperature field,NOx generation and char burn-out was discussed in detail.The results show that over-fired air can reduce the NOx emission,while too high percentage of over-fired air will separate the high-temperature zone.For a certain type of coal,there exists an optimal percentage of over-fired air for NOx minimization.The findings here provide a certain reference for the opti-mal operation of power plants.
