簇绒地毯机具有多套连杆机构,连杆机构运动状况直接影响织布的质量及织机的工作效率。以簇绒地毯机针连杆机构为研究对象,采用ADAMS仿真软件对簇绒地毯织机针连杆机构建立简易模型,并进行动力学仿真分析,得到簇绒针连杆机构各铰接点处的支反力、工作阻碍力矩和作用在曲柄上的平衡力矩曲线图,并与实验数据进行数值分析得到的曲线图进行对比,验证了动力学仿真分析的正确性,并为簇绒针连杆机构的优化设计提供了依据。
The tufting carpet machine has multiple sets of linkage mechanism,and the movement of the linkage mechanism directly affect the quality of the weaving and efficiency of the loom. Taking the needle rod mechanism of tufting carpet machine as the research object,by using ADAMS simulation software,a simple model of tufting carpet machine needle rod mechanism is built and the dynamics simulation analysis is carried out. The diagram of reaction of supports,working retard moment and the balance torque on the crank of each connection point on the crank- rocker mechanism of the tufting needle rod mechanism is obtained. And comparing with the diagram of experimental data which is by numerical analysis that to verify the correctness of the dynamic simulation analysis,and a basis for the optimization design of tufting needle rod mechanism is provided.
