考虑共因失效这种重要的失效相关形式对系统可靠性的影响,运用载荷--强度干涉模型、顺序统计量理论以及随机过程建立了系统动态可靠性模型。在系统层运用载荷--强度干涉模型建立了失效相关系统可靠性模型。分析了随机载荷多次作用时系统的失效过程,根据随机载荷作用的统计学意义,运用顺序统计量理论建立了载荷多次作用下的系统可靠性模型。在此基础上,运用泊松随机过程描述载荷的作用过程,建立了失效相关串联系统、并联系统以及k/n系统动态可靠性模型。并研究了系统可靠度随时间的变化规律。最后,运用Monte Carlo方法对所建立的可靠性模型进行了仿真分析,验证了本文模型的正确性。
In consideration of the effect of common cause failure as an important mode of dependent failure on the reliability of the system, the dynamic reliability models of systems were developed by taking advantage of the load-strength interference model, the order statistic theory and the stochastic process. The reliability models of the systems with dependent failure were built using the load-strength interference model in system-level directly. The failure mechanism of the systems was analyzed for the multiple action of random load, and from the statistic meaning of random load action, the reliability models of the systems under random repeated load were derived using the order statistic theory. Further, the loading process was described with the Poisson stochastic process, the dynamic reliability models of series, parallel and k-out-of-n systems were established, and the relationship between the reliability of the systems and time was studied. Finally; the simulation analysis was carried out to verify the reliability models proposed with Monte Carlo method, and the result shows that the proposed reliability model is right.
