煤矿生产是由采掘、洗选和装车运输等多个环节组成的复杂生产流程。针对矿山企业实际生产过程中调度参数优化问题,根据矿山生产任务和实际生产情况,以矿山资源消耗最小为优化目标,以采场地质因素、企业销售订单和各环节生产能力为约束条件建立多目标优化模型。通过构建矿山生产流程仿真平台和生产参数优化实现模型求解,最终利用生产调度实现生产资源的最优化配置。结果表明,基于仿真的生产计划优化方法能够较好地应用于生产实践。
Coal mine production is a complicated process constituted with coal output,mining machine efficiency and coal load-out periods.According to the production tasks and the actual situation of a large mine,a multi-objective optimization model is built to deal with the schedule parameter optimization problem in mining production,with the minimum of mine resources consumption as optimization target,and geological condition of pit,the contract and the capacity of each period as the constrained conditions.Furthermore,the optimization platform is built,and the optimum solution is got for the purpose of realizing the expectant comprehensive production targets.The validity and reliability of this simulation system is validated by the simulation result.
