Ordering decision problem of loss-averse retailer to order defective product under uncertainty demand environmentwas developed. The expected utility model of＇ loss-averse re- tailer to order defective product was established based on prospect theory, the solution to loss-averse retailer＇s optimal order quantity was given. The impact of loss-averse coefficient on ordering decision of retailer to order defective product was discussed through theoretical analysis, in additium the impact of defective rate of product and loss-averse coefficient on op- timal order quantity and the expected utility of retailer were studied combining with numerical example.
