通过对比两种品系(热研7—33—97和热研8—79)的天然胶乳中橡胶粒子的粒度、生胶理化性能、相对分子质量及其分布以及硫化胶的性能,研究了两种品系天然橡胶的结构与性能。结果表明,热研7—33—97的胶乳粒度比热研8—79的小,胶粒分布窄;热研8—79的相对分子质量分布较热研7—33—97宽,其力学性能、耐老化性能及硫化胶稳定性均好于热研7—33—97。
The structure and property of two strains(reyan 7-33-97 and reyan 8-79)of NR were studied by contrasting the NR latex particles in the grain size, raw rubber and molecular weight distri- bution and its physical and chemical properties and the performance of vulcanized rubber. The results showed that reyan 7-33-97 has smaller latex particle size heat capacity and more narrow particle size distribution reyan 8-79 has wider molecular weight distribution and good mechanical properties and ageing resistance properties,and its vulcanizates are stable.
