采用机械球磨法批量制备了纳米奥克托今(HMX),用激光粒度仪分析其粒度分布,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM )观察其大小和形貌;使用热重分析仪(TG)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)分析其热分解特性和热安定性;同时对纳米HMX的5s爆发点和感度进行了测试。结果表明,制备的 HMX颗粒大部分在100nm以下;与原料 HMX相比,纳米HMX的最大热失重温度降低了36.6℃,表观活化能Ea 降低了111.9kJ/mol ,自发火温度降低了21.1K ;5s爆发点降低了4.9℃,纳米HMX的静电感度和火焰感度与原料HMX相当,纳米HMX的摩擦感度、撞击感度和冲击波感度分别降低了280.%、202.%和564.%。
Nano HMX was prepared by the ball milling method .The particle size distribution was analyzed by a laser particle size analyzer .At the same time ,the particle size and the morphology of nano HMX were character-ized through SEM .The thermal decomposition features and thermal stability of nano HMX were examined by a TG/DSC .Furthermore ,the explosion temperature in five seconds and the sensitivities of nano HMX were also tested .It was found that most of the particles were below 100 nm .The maximum weight loss temperature ,the apparent acti-vation energy Ea ,the self-ignition temperature and the explosion temperature in five seconds were lower than those of raw HMX by 3 4.6℃ ,11 1.9 kJ/mol ,2 1.1K and 4 9.℃ respectively .The electrostatic sensitivity and the sensitivity to flame of nano HMX were the same as raw HMX .The friction ,impact and shock sensitivities of nano HMX were decreased by 28% ,20 2.% and 56 4.% ,respec-tively .
