采用高能球磨法,添加不同比例硫酸,在400℃煅烧2h合成了具有钙钛矿型的硫酸掺杂的含钛高炉渣催化剂(sulfuric acid-modified titanium-bearing blast furnace slag,STBBFS)。用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外可见漫反射光谱(UV-vis)和热重(TG)分析对STBBFS催化剂进行了表征,确定其具有钙钛矿结构;粉体的颗粒形态均为不规则块状,400℃煅烧后出现了团聚现象;在紫外区域具有很强的光吸收能力。由Cr(Ⅵ)还原率来评价STBBFS催化剂的光催化活性,结果表明,硫酸掺杂量为2.5%时,ST—BBFS催化剂具有较高的光催化活性,500W中压汞灯照射6h,可将浓度为20mg/L的Cr(Ⅵ)废水完全降解。
Perovskite type sulfuric acid-modified titanium-bearing blast furnace slag (STBBFS) photoeatalysts were prepared by the high energy ball milling method at 400℃ for 2h. STBBFS photocatalysts were characterized by XRD, FTIR, TG, UV-vis absorption spectra and SEM measurements. Its photoeatalytic activity was checked through the photocatalytie reduction of Cr(Ⅵ) as a model compound under UV-vis light irradiation. The results showed that. the photocatalytie activities of STBBFS photocatalysts showed a higher catalytic activity compared to titanium-bearing blast furnace slag catalysts; the addition of sulfuric acid enhanced the the photoeatalytie activity of STBBFS photoeatalysts, the optimum proportion is 2.5 % ; the potocatalytic reduction efficiency of Cr(Ⅵ) reached 100% after 6h.
