针对路桥、隧道的施工与应用中的检测需求,开发了一种基于ZigBee无线通信技术的多点应变监测系统,避免了有线监测技术带来的费用昂贵、安装不便、布线繁琐等问题.该系统包括一个协调器设备、多个路由设备和终端设备.每个终端设备可以采集至少两个应变值,并将采集到的应变值通过CC2530芯片进行无线发送.路由设备起到中继的作用,接收并转发终端设备的数据到协调器设备.协调器设备再将接收到的数据通过RS232串口传输到用LabVIEW编写的电脑监测软件上进行数据的实时显示.测试结果表明,该研制的无线应变监测系统能够对应变值进行实时、无线监测,满足路桥、隧道方面的检测要求.
In view of the detection need in the construction and application of bridge and tunnel, a muhi-point strain monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless communication technique is developed. The problems, such as expensive cost, inconvenience installation, cumbersome wiring and so on, that bring out by cable moni-toring technology can be avoided. The system consists of one coordinator, several routers and enddevices. Each enddevice can collect two strain values at least, and then these values will be transmitted by CC2530 chip wire- lessly. As a relay, the router receives and transmits the values to the coordinator. The coordinate then puts them to the LabVIEW program to real-time display data through RS232 serial communication port. Test results show that this developed wireless monitoring system can achieve the real-time and wireless monitoring of the strain values, and satisfy the requirements of the bridge and tunnel inspection.
