在硫酸铝废渣表面接枝改性研究的基础上,将硫酸铝废渣和聚丙烯(PP)熔融共混制备了硫酸铝废渣填充聚丙烯复合材料.并将其与碳酸钙填充聚丙烯复合材料进行对比.实验结果表明,硫酸铝废渣填充使PP的拉伸强度、缺口冲击强度和弯曲模量均有所提高,改性效果优于碳酸钙填充PP复合材料.硫酸铝废渣在PP中的添加量为20%~30%时,复合材料的力学性能较好.利用该技术可实现固体废弃物资源化,使硫酸铝废渣代替碳酸钙应用于聚合物填充改性中.
On the basis of surface modification of dregs, the aluminum sulfate dregs/polypropylene(PP) composites were prepared by melting compounding. The relationships between processing, structure and properties of the PP/aluminum sulfate dregs composites were investigated, and were compared with PP/ CaCO3 composites. The results show that tensile properties,notched impact strength and bend modulus of PP can be improved by adding of aluminum sulfate dregs. Studies on mechanical properties indicate that PP/aluminum sulfate dregs are better than PP/CaCO3 composites, manifesting that aluminum sulfate dregs are potential fillers used as polymer reinforcement.
