Through systemic analysis, this paper constructs a controlling mechanism framework of MNC parent firms＇control of joint ventures. According to existing literatures and latest developments of experiences, this paper supplements equity control and non-equity control. For the sake of more detailed and systemic research, this paper makes some fundamental studies and tries to put forward interactive relations between equity control and non-equity control, and internal control and external control. The control mechanism framework provides a relatively integrated perspective for MNC parent firms＇control of joint ventures.
