采用批平衡实验对4种常见磺胺类药物,即磺胺甲嘧啶、磺胺二甲嘧啶、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶和磺胺氯哒嗪,在太湖地区典型水稻土(中国土壤系统分类为水耕人为土)中的吸附特性进行了研究.结果表明,Freundlich方程与Langmuir方程适合于描述磺胺在水稻土中的吸附行为。且均能较好地拟合吸附数据.4种磺胺类药物在水稻土上的Freundlich吸附系数为2.3595-3.4861;其吸附自由能的变化为-11.1--12.1kJ/mol,表明4种磺胺药物在水稻土上吸附机理主要是物理吸附.。
Batch equilibrium experiments were used to reveal the adsorption of the four tested sulfonamides (SAs), namely sulfamerazine(SMl), sulfadimidin(SM2), sulfamonomethoxine(SMM) and sulfachloropyridazine(SCP), in typical paddy soil (Gleyic-Stagnic Anthrosols in Chinese Soil Taxonomy) collected from Changshu of Taihu Lake Regeion. Results show that the experimental data could be best described by the Freundlich and Langmuir models. The Freundlich sorption coefficient (Kt)values of SAS on paddy soil range from 2.3595 to 3.4861. Moreover, the adsorption free energy of the four tested SAs ranges from -11.1 to -12.1kJ/mol, indicating that the adsorption could be largely attributed to the physical adsorption.
