以测功机台架测试系统为研究对象,构架了人机共栖的实时模拟测控系统。通过对汽车道路行驶阻力的分析,建立了模拟测功机行驶阻力的模型,借助VC++面向对象的可视化编程技术及ADO数据库访问技术,完成了基于上位机开发的测功机阻力模拟测控系统VR1.0。通过调用上位机阻力计算模型实时控制测功机转鼓转矩的加载,实现了车辆道路行驶阻力的模拟,误差分析结果表明,该系统具有较高的模拟精度。
Taking the dynamometer bench test system as the target of study, the man-computer eommensalisms real-time simulative measurement and control system was constructed. Through the analysis on the road steering resistance of automobile, the model that simulating the dynamometer steering resistance was constructed. With the aid of VC + + object oriented visualized programming technique and of ADO (ActiveX Data Object) database access technique, the dynamometer resistance simulative measurement and control system VR1.0 was achieved based on the development in the supervisory computer. Bu means of calling the resistanee calculation model of the supervisory computer to control realtimely the loading of dynamometer torque of rotary drum, thus realized the simulation of the road steering resistance of vehicle. The result of error analysis showed that this system possesses rather high simulative accuracy.
