通过四辛基溴化铵稳定的金纳米粒子(TOAB—Au)与含可聚合双键的二硫化物配体之间的置换反应,制备了四种双键功能化的金纳米粒予,并通过紫外光谱、红外光谱、X-光电子能谱、透射电镜和热重分析对金纳米粒子的形貌和组成进行了表征。结果表明,双键功能化的金纳米粒子能够稳定地分散在氯仿和四氢呋喃溶剂中,粒子直径在4nm到8nm之间,表面等离子共振吸收峰随配体的不同在521nm到532nm之间改变。四种双键功能化的金纳米粒子的表面配体接枝密度在4.2到6.6之间。
Four kinds of gold nanoparticles functionalized with double bond were prepared by the ligand exchange reaction of the disulfides with double bond and tetraoctylammonium bromide-stabilized gold nanoparticles ( TOAB-Au), and the morphology and composition of the as-prepared were characterized by UV-Vis, FT-IR, XPS, TEM and TGA. The results show that gold nanoparticles functionalized with double bond, with the particle diameter being from 4 nm to 8 nm, can be stably dispersed in tetrahydrofuran and chloroform solvents and exhibit surface plasmon resonance absorption band which vary from 521 nm to 532 nm corresponding to different hgands. The grafting density of four kinds of gold nanoparticles is between 4.2 and 6.6 chains/nm^2.
