It is very difficult to demarcate the R/S configuration of cyclic chiral compounds in organic chemistry. A simple, fast and accurate method was illustrated by three-, five-and six-membered ring compounds. The method consists of three steps： loo- king for perspective, writing Fischer projection and naming.
