综合运用PIV、高速数码及图像处理技术,对不同电导率液滴在外加电场下蒸发的显微形貌特征及内部微流动进行了可视化研究。通过荷电液滴内部的速度云图及流线图,探究内部流动速度及流动状态与电场力、液体电导率等因素的关系,对液滴荷电蒸发过程的各个蒸发模式进行了定义。给出了液滴的内部微流动与电场力的关系,对疏水表面液滴荷电蒸发过程的变化趋势进行了标准化处理,给出相应方程,并与实验进行了对比。
By means of high-speed microscopy camera and PIV, the evaporating characteristics of a charged droplet under different applied voltages have been visualized and measured. It is given the law between internal micro-flowing and the electrical force by the streamlines inside the droplet. Then the charged evaporating process is concluded as two stages. The normalized measurement has been done on the evaporating characteristics and it is shown the comparison between the experiments and equations.
