介绍了一种新型混合励磁超环面电动机的结构和特点。针对该电机特殊的空间结构特点,分析了其减速比与结构参数的关系,给出了结构参数需满足的条件。推导了内外定子螺旋轨迹线方程,提出了蜗杆内定子的集成方案。完成了实验样机的虚拟装配,并采用有限元软件建立了分析模型,对气隙磁密进行了仿真分析。研究结果为进一步研究该电机的性能提供了依据。
The structure and characteristics of a new type of toroidal motor with hybrid excitation were introduced. Considering the special features of its space structure, the relationship between reduction ratio and the structural parameters was analyzed. The conditions need to meet for the structural parameters were given. The spiral trajectory equations of inner and outer stators were derived and an integrated scheme of the worm innerstator was proposed in this paper. The virtual assembly of experimental prototype was realized and the analysis model was established by FEM software, the air gap flux density was analyzed. The research results provide reference for further study on the performance of this motor.
