本文介绍了一种新型混合励磁超环面电机,在电机的结构特点和驱动原理的基础上建立了数学模型。分析了该电机的响应特性,针对响应的快速性和稳定性问题,基于ITAE准则设计了PID控制器,分析了控制系统对扰动的抑制能力。对控制系统的响应特性进行了仿真研究,研究结果证明了该控制策略与常规PID控制相比具有更好的跟踪性能,对外界扰动具有更强的鲁棒性,为该种新型电机控制系统设计提供了理论依据。
A new kind of toroidal motor with hybrid excitation was presented. The mathematical model of the motor was built based on the structural characteristics and driving principle. Step response characteristics of the motor were analyzed. Aiming at the problem of rapidity and stability for the response,a PID controller was designed based on ITAE criterion,disturbance rejection of the control system was analyzed. The simulation research on the response characteristics of the control system demonstrates that the control strategy is superior to the conventional PID in speed tracking power,it has strong robustness to external disturbance and provides the motor with a theoretical basis in the design of control system.
