对一座30m跨径的预应力混凝土简支箱梁进行了足尺模型破坏性试验,根据试验结果对其受力过程、裂缝分布、延性性能等进行分析;用5种相关规范对箱梁抗弯极限承载力及正常使用极限状态下的变形、裂缝进行验算,以此评估规范中相应计算公式的适用性;最后编制程序对箱梁包括卸载过程在内的全过程受力性能进行了参数分析。结果表明:ACI 318M-05,CEB-FIP MC90规范基本能反映箱梁正常使用极限状态下的变形性能;GB 50010—2002,TB 10002.3—2005规范基本能反映预应力混凝土足尺模型箱梁的裂缝特性;预应力筋的配筋率、张拉系数及预应力度对箱梁的延性影响较为明显。
A full-scale model test of prestressed concrete simply supported box girders with span of 30 m was carried out.According to test results,the loading process,crack distribution and ductility performance were analyzed.The ultimate flexural bearing capacity,deformation and crack width of the box girder were calculated with five relative codes and usability of calculated formula in the code was verified.A full range nonlinear program of box girder was developed and the parametric study of the loading behavior in the whole process was conducted.The results show that ACI 318M-05 and CEB-FIP MC90 are suitable for the deformation determination while GB 50010—2002 and TB 10002.3—2005 are applicable for the crack calculation of the box girder.The ductility performance is obviously influenced by the reinforcement ratio,tension coefficient and prestress degree of tendons.
