以广东省惠州市合生大桥为工程背景,现场制作了1∶15的大比例预应力混凝土斜拉桥模型,进行了混凝土斜拉桥模型和混凝土棱柱体试件的徐变试验。基于混凝土棱柱体试件数据,得到了可用于有限元分析的徐变系数计算公式,并建立了考虑体表比的修正模型。结果表明:边跨支座反力基本不变;主跨支座和辅助墩支座的反力随时间呈增加趋势;实测徐变应变在(55~85)×10-6范围内;主梁最大徐变位移3.0 mm;桥塔收缩徐变引起的主梁位移占总位移的30%~60%;主跨的2对尾索索力变化最大,下降约6.5%;用修正模型对模型桥进行分析,其应变、位移、索力等的计算结果与实测数据吻合较好,具有良好的适用性。
Taking Hesheng Bridge in Huizhou,Guangdong Province as engineering background,a 1∶15 large prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge model was made on site.Creep tests of this model and prism specimens were carried out.Based on data of concrete prism specimens,creep coefficient formula which can be used for finite element analysis was got.Modified model of considering ratio of volume and superficial area was established.Results show that reaction of side span support remains basically unchanged,reactions of main span support and auxiliary pier support present increasing tendency with time.Creep strain is between 55×10-6 and 85×10-6.The maximal creep displacement of main beam is 3.0 mm,displacement of main beam caused by bridge tower shrinkage and creep occupies 30% to 60% of total displacement.Tensions of two pairs of cables near main span beam end have a large change,and will decrease by 6.5%.The model is used to analyze model bridge.Calculated results and measured data have good agreement on strain,displacement and cable force.It shows good applicability of the model.
