为研究大体积混凝土结构施工过程中的温度场,以指导大体积混凝土施工方案,控制温度裂缝的产生。通过对ABAQUS进行二次开发,利用用户子程序UM ATHT来定义施工过程中水泥水化热的产生。对某工程筏板基础进行分析,通过对实测结果进行对比分析,验证程序的正确性。并比较筏板基础在蓄水养护及一般养护情况下的结果。计算结果与实测结果吻合程度较好,可以较好的计算大体积混凝土结构施工过程中的温度场。蓄水养护可以大大减少大体积混凝土结构表面温度的波动情况,从而使温度裂缝得到有效控制,研究结论对于今后类似大体积混凝土工程,提供参考建议。
It focused on the temperature field of mass concrete structure in construction process,and guided the mass concrete construc-tion plan to control the generation of temperature cracks. Through the study of the secondary development of ABAQUS,use the user subroutine UMATHT to define the hydration heat of cement in the construction process,and to make simulation analysis for a raft foun-dation engineering to verify the correctness of the program. The raft foundation in water storage curing and general conservation circum-stances are numerically analyzed and compared. Calculation results are in good degree of agreement with the measured results. Can better calculate the temperature field in construction process of mass concrete structure. The water storage curing can greatly reduce the fluctua-tion of surface temperature of mass concrete structure. It can effectively control the temperature cracks,the research conclusion may be provide the reference to similar mass concrete engineering in future.
