目的研究大跨度预应力混凝土连续梁桥悬臂施工的成桥线形和受力情况,为施工控制提供理论依据,并指导桥梁的设计和施工.方法模拟分析大跨度预应力钢筋混凝土连续桥梁悬臂施工的受力状态和变形特点,得到桥梁结构各个施工阶段的受力状态和变形,利用TDV软件建立桥梁模型,分别采用正装分析法、倒装分析法和无应力状态分析法,对桥梁施工过程进行结构控制分析.结果模拟分析出桥梁结构在各个施工阶段的变形和受力状态以及它们的变化规律,保证桥梁成桥的线形和受力情况符合设计要求.结论根据结构控制原理并结合模拟分析数据特点,正装分析法适用于施工过程中结构应力计算,倒装分析法适用于施工过程中立模标高的确定,无应力状态分析法适用于预测成桥状态下的结构应力和线性情况.
The bridge linearity and stress distribution in cantilever of a long-span pre-stressed concrete continuous girder bridge during construction were researched in this paper,which providing theoretical basis for construction control and guidance for bridge design and construction.The stress distribution and deformation characteristic of cantilever-construction of long-span prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge,were analyzed in this paper to obtain the stress distribution and deformation during each construction process.The software,TDV,was utilized in this paper,to analyze and control the bridge construction process based on three models,the orderly-erecting analysis method,the inversion analysis method,and the stress-free state analysis method.De-formation,stress distribution,and corresponding transformation lawof bridge construction during each stage were obtained to ensure that the linearity and stress distribution of bridge could meet the design requirements.In accordance with the principle of structure control and combined with the characteristics of simulation analysis data,conclusions below were made.Firstly,the orderly-erecting analysis method is appropriate for structure stress calculation during construction process.Secondly,the inversion analysis model is appropriate for measurement of elevation.Thirdly,the stressfree state method is appropriate for the prediction on structural stress and linear conditions under the condition of shaping.The characteristics of structure control analysis and application situation were concluded in this paper in the end.
