通过构建城市群空间结构演进与经济增长耦合关系的系统动力学模型,借助Vensim平台与政策模拟方法研究了3种城市群空间结构演进与经济增长耦合关系模式,比较发现,城市群空间结构向位序-规模分形分布的演进模式最利于促进城市群经济长期增长。降低生产要素迁移障碍、增强基础设施建设与共享、提高城市间贸易强度、扩大政府支出等措施能促进城市群经济增长但会阻碍城市群空间结构优化;而扩大城市间地价差距、增强风险投资、提高教育投入、增强中心城市向周边城市知识溢出等措施能同时促进城市群经济增长和城市群空间结构优化。为了优化城市群空间结构演进与经济增长耦合关系,需要努力培育风险投资和构建有偏向知识溢出网络。
From a view of complex dynamic relation of urban agglomeration development system,we study the coupling relationship of Guanzhong urban agglomeration spatial structure and economic growth using system dynamics(SD) model based on historical data.With the help of Vensim software platform and policy simulation method,we build three coupling relationship models through adjusting policy variables.By comparing the three coupling relationship patterns in the models,we forecast that the spatial structure evolution pattern in the direction to the Rank-Size Rule pattern is more suitable to accelerate the urban agglomeration's economic growth than other evolution patterns.We also find some measures may promote economic growth but hinder the optimization of spatial structure,such as reducing intercity factor transfer barriers,enhancing infrastructure construction and sharing,improving intercity trade intensity and expanding government spending,etc.By adjusting policy variables,we further find the other measures may promote not only economic growth but the optimization of spatial structure,such as reducing intercity industrial land price gap,enhancing risk investment,increasing educational investment and enhancing knowledge spillover tendency from primate city to surrounding cities,etc.Thus,in order to optimize the coupling relationship of urban agglomeration spatial structure and economic growth,venture capital institutions should be cultivated and biased knowledge spillover network should be constructed.
