目的研究吸烟对脂肪素分泌的影响。方法 2012~2014年连续录入96名研究对象,为西安西京社区和水文巷机关单位家属院社区的男性志愿者,将50例吸烟者作为吸烟组,46例不吸烟者作为对照组;酶联免疫法检测并比较两组血清脂肪素浓度。体外实验采用小鼠3T3-L1前脂肪细胞株,加入尼古丁(10μmol/L)干预后,酶联免疫法检测脂肪素浓度的变化。结果吸烟组血清脂肪素的浓度显著低于对照组(P〈0.05);体外脂肪细胞实验显示,尼古丁组较对照组明显减少了脂肪细胞脂肪素的分泌(P〈0.05)。结论吸烟可减少脂肪素的分泌。
Objective To explore the association between cigarette smoking and visfatin secretion. Methods The present study consecutively enrolled 96 male subjects in Xi'an Xijing Community and Shuiwenxiang Community from 2012 to 2014, including 50 cases with smoking(smoking group) and 46 non-smokers(control group). Serum visfatin levels were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in all subjects. Furthermore, effect of nicotine(10μmol/L) on visfatin secretion was examined in 3T3-L1 preadipocytes in vitro. Results The mean serum level of vastinin in smoking group was statistically lower than that of control group(P〈0.05). Fat cells in vitro experiments showed that, nicotine group compared with control group also significantly decreased the visfatin secretion(P〈0.05). Conclusion Smoke can decrease the secretion of visfatin.
